Terms of service.

- I will not make stolen or copyrighted characters.
- If I am unable to create your character, I will inform you.
- Clients must be 18+ in order to commission work from me, ID verification is needed before any commission is confirmed. I will accept clients 16+ on a case-by-case basis with communications through a legal guardian.

QUOTES:
- Base prices are considered to be the minimum price and will go up depending on complexity of design and additional features.
- SPHs/additional plush features are available to 18+ clients ONLY - please communicate with me for special add-ons.
- I will gladly work with clients who want specific materials used or color matched, but I do not accept clients sending their own materials.
- Once I give you a quote, it is only valid up to 90 days - the cost is subject to change as I gain more experience and raise the quality of my suits.
- If you wish to make any changes post-payment to the original design or the agreed commission setup, you will be given a new quote depending on added or subtracted complexity or additional features. If work has already begun/materials have been ordered, these changes may result in a small fee.
- Please be clear and specific with what you would like!
- I will give you a rough completion date, please keep in mind that suits can take up to 3-6 months for completion.

PAYMENT:
- I will always be reasonable when working with you!
- Once given a quote, and we have agreed on the completion of your fursuit, it is expected that payment is complete within 2 weeks (unless further discussed via payment plan).

- I accept payment through Square’s invoicing.
- Failure to pay on time may result in a non-refundable late fee of $75 per week it is late. You can only pay late up to 3 strikes before I have the right to drop your commission. Your slot will be lost, and I will refund the amount you had paid minus the 35% non-refundable down payment and the late fees.
- You will NOT receive your commission until the full amount has been paid.
- If I send a valid invoice and you open a charge back, you will be blacklisted from commissioning any work in the future. In this specific case, I will then have the rights to resell your product as a premade or a refurbished commission. Your design and character will no longer be my responsibility to change, depending on the progress of the suit.
- If I receive less than our agreed amount, and you choose to drop out, only 50% of the payment received will be refunded.

IF GIVEN A QUOTE AND ACCEPTED FOR COMPLETION, FAILURE TO PAY WILL RESULT IN BEING BLACKLISTED AND BLOCKED FROM COMMISSIONING ME IN THE FUTURE.
If you have any issues or feel the need to drop out, please communicate with me first so we can handle it in the best way possible. Reasonable accommodations and refunds can be obtained.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

- I do NOT work with anyone who shows any manner of bigotry, hatred, cruelty, or poor behavior. No exceptions.

PROGRESS/WIPS:
- Once your commission is started, you will receive a minimum of one weekly WIP update.

- Please let me know if there are needed alterations as soon as you notice. If a commission gets too far, it may be too late to change them.
- I will wait for client approval to continue after the base carving stage, patterning stage, and initial furring stage.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

- Larger commissions (head, partial, full, etc.) do NOT include the cost of shipping in the quote.
- You are required to pay your own shipping prices.
- I will provide you with a tracking number.
- Your commission will not be sent out until shipping payment is recieved.

HEALTH RISK:
- I have a cat and am unable to keep her out of my workspace, please inform me of any allergies that would make this an issue and I will work around it!
- Please communicate with me if there is something that you’re allergic to so I can take the proper precautions to make sure it will bring you no harm.

WARRANTY:
If anything becomes damaged, that is not at the fault of the buyer (improper care such as but not limited to: putting suit parts in the dryer and forgetting to turn the heat off, taking suits to a beach meet and getting sand in the feetpaws and between the fur, jumping into a pool at a convention in suit, throwing up in suit, getting sharpie or other various harmful materials on it, etc.) or needs to be altered, you are covered by a six month warranty.
If you choose to alter the suit in any way, by yourself or by someone else, the warranty will be immediately void.

If your suit is used for NSFW purposes, the warranty is no longer valid.
